Meditation
A great way to start or end a day, you will feel whole and connected as Meditation teaches us how to become aware and bring focus in our lives which can help us to make the right decisions that we need to enhance our lives, connect with our higher self or seek guidance, increase our intuition. It is also a great tool to control our stress levels.
Guided meditation with a group often helps you to experience a deeper meditation, as you go on a beautiful journey with this guided meditation, you will learn how to breathe, how to relax, and what is and how to use Meditation to enhance our lives, reduce stress, connect with our higher self or seek guidance. We share and discuss any messages, feelings and signs we receive during our meditation (only if you wish)
